Amid the pandemic, home security gains priority. J.D. Power notes rising satisfaction (avg. 865/1000) as systems become user-friendly. The latest U.S. Home Security Satisfaction Study, surveying 1,000+ customers, shows a boost from 840 in 2020.
The study focused on six factors when ranking systems for customer satisfaction: quality of home security system; professional monitoring; customer service; price; billing and payment; and purchase and installation.

SimpliSafe secures the No. 4 spot in overall customer satisfaction, according to U.S. News and World Report. Delving deeper, the publication also acknowledges SimpliSafe as the second-best in both fee-free systems and self-monitored systems.
