| 2. | Report any stock discrepancies during the receipt process and promptly escalate issues to the supplier or shipper through the use of Stock Reconciliation Discrepancy (SRD) reports. |
| 3. | Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to ensure that SRDs are effectively accommodated within the system. |
